Room on the Broom

This year, we decided to dedicate our Halloween workshop to a favorite kids’ fairytale — Room on the Broom! ✨

The kids were instantly drawn into the world of the funny, adventurous witch, and it was amazing to see their imaginations come alive.

During the session, they got to create their own broom-riding cards, decorating them however they liked. There was cutting, gluing, coloring, and plenty of glitter, with kids adding cats, pumpkins, and even a few friendly dragons to their designs. Some kids came up with hilarious little twists on the characters, which had everyone laughing.

The workshop wasn’t just about crafting — it became a little storytelling adventure. Kids were inventing their own mini-scenes and stories around their cards, making the characters move and interact in ways that were completely their own. It was such a joyful mix of creativity, imagination, and play, and the excitement in the room was contagious.

By the end, everyone had a tiny magical world in their hands, and seeing their proud smiles made the whole workshop feel extra special. This is exactly why we love bringing books like Room on the Broom to life for Halloween — it’s hands-on, fun, and full of magic, laughter, and little surprises! 🧹
