The Secret Life of Foxes

About the workshop
This month at Art for Kids, we’re learning how to create art with value — exploring shapes, textures, and imagination through the Papier-Mâché technique.
During this workshop, children discovered how to build sculptures step by step using simple materials in creative ways. This time, we made foxes — starting with cardboard bases for structure, then adding layers of toilet paper to create soft, fluffy textures. The final touch was pure magic: each fox received its own handmade jewelry around the neck, giving every piece a unique personality and story.
Through this activity, kids practiced patience, fine motor skills, and creative thinking — turning ordinary materials into extraordinary works of art.
Each sculpture became more than just a fox — it was a reflection of its young artist’s imagination.
